For this project, the customer installed CCTV cameras mainly to monitor the operation of the machines, rather than only for security purposes.

With the cameras in place, the customer can check whether the machines are operating properly without requiring staff to inspect them frequently. This helps save time, reduce manpower, and improve operational efficiency.

We carefully planned each camera position based on the machine locations, operating areas, and viewing angles to provide clearer and more effective monitoring.

For CCTV installation, we always use the correct cable and proper installation method.

For traditional CCTV systems, we use RG59 copper cable because it provides better stability and is less likely to oxidise. This helps reduce signal interference and minimise wave-like distortion in the footage.

For IP Camera installation, we use Cat 6 cable, as IP cameras require a stable network connection and reliable data transmission.

Different camera systems require different types of cables. By using the correct cable, suitable camera positions, and professional installation methods, we can ensure clearer and more stable footage while helping the customer monitor machine operations more efficiently.
